- Cluster randomized controlled trial among nursing/midwifery students. - Two-day HBB training sessions with pre- and post-tests. - Simulation-based practice using Laerdal Neonatalie™ mannequins. - Video debriefing and refresher trainings at 3 and 6 months. - Qualitative interviews with students and faculty. - Monthly drills to reinforce skill retention.
